The works include the modification of the interlocking at Astillero and a new EiS23 interlocking at Ojero station, providing technological continuity to the Torrelavega-Santander-Astillero line. The same technology will also be used for the Telecomms and the track-side equipment \u2013 LED wayside signals, digital ASFA, axle counters and point machines.
